World Baseball Classic

The World Baseball Classic refers to the traditional baseball game playoff that remarks its history throughout the innovation of baseball. The first ever World Baseball Classic happened in the Olympics game of baseball where sixteen baseball teams were engaged and involved. This was authorized by the International Baseball Federation and the Major League Baseball organizations along with other professional baseball leagues and baseball players’ associations all over the world. Because of this, the tournament was regarded as the 2006 World Baseball Classic. The next scheduled world baseball classic event will happen in the year 2009, whereas subsequent tournaments will be held every four years.

The Summer Olympics Leagues only feature the college and minor league players because of the conflict with the Major Baseballl League seasons. The Baseball World Cup league has some conflicts with the Major League Baseball because of its format in the participating players. However, the goal of the Baseball World Cup was revised into promoting the baseball game around the globe where most of the baseball players participating represent their own country, which is basically different from the goals of the Major League Baseball.
